For over 30 years, RDM has provided exceptional management and operations to several municipal utilities
specifically in the water and wastewater industry.  Listed below are just a few of our engagements. 

Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County (MAWC)

1992 to Present
Since 1992, RDM has been providing full-service management assistance to the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County, the largest municipal authority in Pennsylvania, serving approximately 122,000 water and 30,000 wastewater customers, with a population in excess of 400,000 in 73 municipalities throughout five counties.

Greater Johnstown Water Authority (GJWA)

2005 to Present
Since February 2005, RDM-Johnstown, LLC has been providing full-service contract operations to the Greater Johnstown Water Authority Johnstown, PA. Under this engagement RDM-Johnstown, LLC provides full-service management and operations to GJWA, serving approximately 22,000 water customers and 8,000 wastewater customers, with a population of over 50,000 in 17 separate municipalities.

Petroleum Valley Regional Water Authority (PVRWA)

2007 to Present
Since May 2007, RDM has been providing full-service management and operations to the Petroleum Valley Regional Water Authority Petrolia, PA. Under this engagement RDM provides full-service management and operations to the PVRWA, serving approximately 850 customers and a population of over 3,000.

Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority (FTMSA)

2019 to Present
Since March 2019 RDM has been providing full-service management to the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority in Murrysville, PA. Under this engagement RDM provides full-service management, serving 9,800 wastewater customers.

Johnstown Redevelopment Authority (JRA)

2016 to Present
Since October 2017, RDM has been providing utility billing and collection services to the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority for approximately 25,000 sewage customers in the City of Johnstown and 17 surrounding municipalities.
